UMHS faculty and staff who use MCIT CoreImage devices have access to the following Adobe Creative Suite 6 (CS6) products:
Because UMHS has signed an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) with Adobe to cover these products for installation on UMHS devices, individuals and departments should not purchase or manually install this software independently.
To request any or all of the Adobe products to be installed on your CoreImage device, you may submit a service request directly through Remedy, contact the MCIT Service Desk at 734-936-8000, or contact the Solutions Center at 734-763-7770 or email@example.com. Be sure to know the TermID of your workstation for your request.
While Adobe CS6 products are only available for MCIT CoreImage devices at the present time, MCIT and MSIS are working together to develop additional managed device services so that these products can be distributed to more users. There will be further communications regarding these new services in the coming months.
Note that the successful installation of these products on systems which already have older versions installed will result in an upgrade to the newer version. Installations of the older version along with the newer CS6 version are not possible.
