Because Michigan Medicine has signed an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) with Adobe to cover these products for installation on HITS managed devices, individuals and departments should not purchase or manually install this software independently.
To request any or all of the Adobe products to be installed on your managed device, you may submit a ServiceNow ticket directly or contact the HITS Service Desk in any of these three ways:
Be sure to know the TermID of your workstation or laptop for your request.
Note that the successful installation of these products on systems which already have older versions installed will result in an upgrade to the newer version. Installations of the older version along with the newer CS6 version are not possible.
